Biography

Curtis Hussey began his professional career as a banker after graduating from Idaho State University in 1982. During his years in commercial and agricultural banking, he was exposed to the complexities of the legal field, which ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in law. He later attended Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law, graduating in 1989. While in law school, he was an active member of the Order of Barristers and served as the Director of the Moot Court National Team, all while balancing his responsibilities as a father to three young children.

Since being admitted to practice law in 1989, Curtis has built a diverse legal career spanning corporate law, business disputes, securities law, personal injury, and insurance law. His extensive experience led him to serve as a small claims judge for 13 years, further strengthening his legal expertise and judicial insight. He currently holds active licenses in four states.

Today, Curtis focuses his practice on arbitration, mediation, and consumer protection issues, helping clients navigate legal challenges with fairness and efficiency. His ability to resolve disputes effectively has made him a trusted advocate for individuals and businesses alike.

Beyond his legal work, Curtis and his wife are actively involved in community programs and organizations. Their dedication to serving the community reflects their commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
