Biography

Amadu Wiltshire is a seasoned attorney licensed to practice in the State of Georgia. With an extensive educational background, he holds two Master of Laws (LL.M) degrees—one in Tax Law from Washington University in St. Louis and another in International Law from Stetson University College of Law. Additionally, he earned a Juris Doctorate in Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. His global legal studies include certifications in Chinese and Southeast Asian Law from Peking University in Beijing and Singapore Management University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wiltshire has played a key role in high-level negotiations, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate buyouts, and procurement. His expertise extends to international arbitration, corporate litigation, and regulatory compliance, assisting corporate clients with complex legal matters both inside and outside the courtroom. He has worked extensively with laws and regulations related to financial markets, taxation, antitrust, international trade, and privacy laws, including compliance with FINRA, FDCPA, and FCRA regulations.

In addition to litigation experience in civil matters such as family law, probate, corporate disputes, and immigration cases, Mr. Wiltshire has also served as a legal consultant, advising on cross-border negotiations, employee benefits, and HIPAA compliance. His strong research skills and analytical approach make him a valuable asset in legal and financial matters.
